We first met in the spring of 2022 through the Calgary music scene—playing shows, sharing mutual friends, and ending up at the same events. At first, it was only small talk in rehearsals and quick hellos at shows. It wasn’t until months later that we finally had the chance to hang out and share a proper conversation. We clicked instantly, fell head over heels, and quickly became inseparable until August of 2023 when Craig moved to New York to study music. While navigating a year and a half of long distance calls and short trips between two countries, we knew we never wanted to be apart again. So on June 6th, 2024, Craig proposed—and Joanne said yes! Craig has since finished school and moved back home with Joanne as we prepare for the next chapter of our lives. ​​​
